Sparring (Kyorugi) is the practical application of various forms of self defense with an actual partner.
Breaking (Kyukpa) is a technique by which the practitioner can gauge the precision and power of this technique by breaking a solid object such as board or brick.
Self-Defense (Ho Shin Sool) is the study of how to use an attacker's strength or skill against him/her. The practitioner learns when, how, and where to attack an assailant using "pressure points" (areas of the body that, when pressed cause intense pain).
Meditation (Jung Shin Tong) is for the practice of one's concentration in order to focus on precision and power; to visualize goals, and to listen to one's conscience for internalizing important truths and moral standards.
